PEARL$ POW-HER
Our financial education program gives our pearlistas the power to defeat debt, conquer credit and broaden their bank knowledge. This program addresses the following key components and many more:

- Banking: Understanding how banks and accounts work
- Money Values and the psychology of money

Entrepreneu-HER
This program gives pearlistas the opportunity to learn and put to practice the skills necessary for establishing and maintaining a successful business. This program addresses the following key components:

- How to write a business plan
- How to seek funding for a business venture

- Business Marketing and Development
- Professional Development
Inspir-HER
Bringing together industry leaders and financial success stories to help uplift, encourage and inspire our pearlistas to be all they can be and do all they desire.
Empow-HER
This program equips our pearlistas with the pearls to take their life to the next level from heart to home. This program addresses the following key components:
- School/Life and Work/ Life Balance
- Self-Esteem
- Speech and Public Speaking
- Etiquette and Poise
- Personal and Business Communication
- Preparing for grade level advancement
- Healthy Relationships
- Conflict Resolution
- Resume Writing
- Dressing for Success
- Importance of Community Service
The Pearlistas Mentoring Program
The Pearlistas Mentor Program gives each program participant the opportunity to have a mentor. That mentor will participate in a variety of personal development and professional development activities. The mentors will assist as needed providing academic support, professional development support, and personal development support. The Pearlistas Mentoring program provides the organization the opportunity to have an impact on each participant that is individually tailored to meet their needs. Each month mentors will be given a topic to cover with their mentees. The topic will come with a suggested activity/outing that will provide an educational opportunity and experience for the mentee.
Mentors will attend a host of seminars with their mentess on topics related to pursuing higher education, applying to college, continuing education, Health and wellness, public speaking, financial aid and scholarships, applying for a job, career counseling, etc.
